• Powdered milk has the same nutrition as fresh milk. It provides bone-building nutrients such as protein, calcium, vitamin D and vitamin A.

TIPS FOR STORAGE

• Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened milk powder is best stored in airtight containers in

the fridge and used within 2 weeks.

• Once made into fluid milk, it keeps for 2 days in the fridge.

STORAGE AND HANDLING

Milk powder is hygroscopic and can absorb odour. Therefore adequate protection is essential. It is recommended this product is stored below 25℃ with relative humidity below 65% and in an odour free environment. Stocks should be used in rotation preferably within 24 months of manufacture.
